These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern access to and use of the website, products, services, customer support channels, mobile application features and related offerings of TWVLV Lifestyle Private Limited ("TWVLV", "we", "us" or "our"). By accessing or using our services, placing an order, registering a product or using supported app/product features, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract under Indian law to use our website, place an order or use our services. If you use the services on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to bind that organisation.

3. Relationship With Other Policies

Our Privacy Policy forms an integral part of these Terms. Additional policies and notices, including the Purchase Policy, Shipping Policy, Cancel Order Policy, FAQs, cookie notice or consent banner, and any product-specific terms, may apply to specific purchases, features or services. In case of conflict, product-specific or transaction- specific terms will apply to that transaction to the extent permitted by law.

4. Product Information, Pricing and Availability

• We aim to display product descriptions, specifications, images, prices, availability, warranty details, box contents and compatibility information accurately. Minor variations in colour, finish, packaging or appearance may occur due to screen settings, photography, manufacturing tolerances or product updates.
• Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are applicable only for India unless expressly stated otherwise.
• Prices, offers, specifications, features and availability may change without prior notice, but changes will not affect accepted orders except where required due to error, illegality or non-availability.
• Where required, product pages, packaging, invoices or labels will display applicable Legal Metrology, importer/manufacturer/packer, MRP, country of origin, customer-care and other mandatory disclosures.
• If a product or service listing contains an obvious typographical, pricing or technical error, we may cancel or refuse the order and refund any amount paid, subject to applicable law.

5. Orders and Acceptance

• Placing an order is an offer to purchase. Order confirmation only confirms receipt of the order and does not by itself constitute final acceptance.
• Orders are subject to product availability, payment authorisation, address serviceability, fraud checks and acceptance by TWVLV.
• We may refuse, cancel or limit an order where the product is unavailable, payment fails, fraud is suspected, delivery is not serviceable, information is incorrect or cancellation is required by law.
• If we cancel a prepaid order before dispatch, we will refund the amount paid to the original payment method or another legally permitted method within a reasonable time and in accordance with payment-gateway timelines.

6. Payments

Payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways, banks or payment partners. TWVLV does not store complete card, UPI or banking credentials except as permitted or required by law. You are responsible for providing accurate payment and billing information. Failed, reversed, disputed or fraudulent payments may result in order cancellation or service suspension.

7. Shipping and Delivery

• TWVLV currently ships only within India unless expressly stated otherwise.
• Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to logistics constraints, remote locations, weather, force majeure, incorrect address, customer unavailability, regulatory checks or courier delays.
• Incorrect or incomplete addresses may lead to cancellation, failed delivery, additional charges or return to origin.
• Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer upon delivery, except where damage, deficiency, incorrect delivery or non-delivery is attributable to TWVLV, its logistics partner or applicable statutory obligations.
• Please inspect the package on delivery and retain unboxing evidence where possible, especially for visible damage, missing items or incorrect product claims.

8. Returns, Refunds, Replacements and Cancellations

• TWVLV offers a 12-day return/replacement window for eligible unused products returned in original packaging with all accessories, manuals, invoices and box contents intact, subject to inspection and approval. Depending on the reason for the request and applicable law, TWVLV may offer replacement, repair, refund, store credit or another appropriate remedy.
• Used products, damaged products, missing-accessory returns, hygiene-sensitive items where applicable, and change-of-mind returns after use may be refused unless required under applicable law or separately approved by TWVLV.
• Defective, damaged, deficient, spurious, incorrectly delivered or not-as-advertised products may be eligible for return, refund, replacement, repair or other remedy in accordance with applicable law and TWVLV policy.
• Customers are requested to report visible defects, transit damage, missing items or incorrect products within 48 hours of delivery to allow timely verification. This reporting timeline does not limit any statutory rights available under applicable consumer protection laws.
• All returns and replacements are subject to verification, inspection, product condition, invoice validation and serial-number/product authentication where applicable.
• Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method or another legally permitted method. Bank/payment-gateway processing timelines may apply.
• Cancellation before dispatch may be allowed depending on order status. Once dispatched, cancellation may be treated as a return request subject to applicable policy and law.

9. Warranty

• All TWVLV speakers come with a 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of purchase, unless a different warranty period is expressly stated for a specific product. Accessories carry a 6- month limited warranty against manufacturing defects.
• Warranty support requires proof of purchase, product identification and, where applicable, serial number verification.
• The warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship under normal use.
• The warranty does not cover misuse, accidental damage, liquid damage beyond rated protection, unauthorised repair or modification, physical damage, cosmetic wear, normal wear and tear, consumables, accessories not covered by the product warranty, damage due to improper charging or use with incompatible accessories, or use contrary to the product manual.
• TWVLV may repair, replace, provide an equivalent refurbished/replacement unit, supply parts or provide another remedy as permitted under applicable law and warranty policy.
• This warranty is in addition to, and does not exclude, statutory rights available under applicable law.

10. Product Use and Safety

• You must use TWVLV products only in accordance with product manuals, safety instructions, charging specifications and usage guidelines.
• Do not expose products to conditions beyond their stated ratings, including excessive heat, water, impact, unauthorised power sources or unsafe environments.
• TWVLV is not responsible for loss, injury or damage caused by misuse, unauthorised modification, improper installation, unsafe charging, use with incompatible accessories or use contrary to the product manual, except to the extent liability cannot be excluded under law.

11. App, Firmware and Connected Features

• Some products may support app-based controls, firmware updates, EQ customisation, diagnostics, broadcast mode, stereophonic pairing or other connected features. Availability varies by model, software version, geography and device compatibility.
• Firmware and app updates may modify, improve, add or remove features for security, compatibility, performance or legal reasons.
• Use of app or connected features may require permissions, compatible devices, internet access, Bluetooth access and acceptance of privacy or app-specific notices.

12. User Conduct

• Violate applicable law or third-party rights.
• Misuse the website, app, products, support channels or services.
• Attempt unauthorised access, reverse engineering, interference, scraping, security testing without permission or circumvention of technical controls.
• Submit false, misleading, abusive, defamatory, obscene, infringing, fraudulent or unlawful content.
• Use TWVLV products or services for illegal, unsafe or unauthorised purposes.

13. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, product names, logos, trademarks, trade dress, photographs, videos, software, firmware, packaging, manuals, ambient music tracks inbuilt into the device, website content and other materials are owned by or licensed to TWVLV. Unauthorised copying, distribution, modification, commercial use, reverse engineering or exploitation is prohibited except as permitted by law or expressly authorised in writing by TWVLV.

14. Reviews, Feedback and User Content

If you submit reviews, ratings, feedback, images, videos, suggestions or other content, you grant TWVLV a non- exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, display, adapt and publish such content for business, support, product-improvement and promotional purposes, subject to applicable law and our Privacy Policy. You confirm that your content is accurate, lawful and does not infringe third-party rights.

15. Data Protection

Personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you acknowledge that personal data may be processed for order fulfilment, payments, delivery, customer support, warranty, app functionality, security, legal compliance and other purposes described in the Privacy Policy.

16. Third-Party Services

Our website, app and services may integrate with or link to third-party services such as payment gateways, logistics providers, marketplaces, app stores, analytics tools and external websites. TWVLV is not responsible for third-party services that are not under its control, except as required by applicable law.

17. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TWVLV shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential damages, including loss of profit, loss of data, business interruption or loss arising from misuse of products or services. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including statutory consumer rights.

18. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TWVLV, its directors, employees, contractors, vendors and partners from claims, losses, damages, liabilities and expenses arising from your misuse of products or services, breach of these Terms, violation of law or infringement of third-party rights, except to the extent caused by TWVLV’s own unlawful conduct or liability that cannot be excluded under law.

19. Force Majeure

TWVLV shall not be liable for delay or failure caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, epidemics, pandemics, war, strikes, labour unrest, logistics disruption, supply-chain disruption, cyber incidents, power/internet failure, regulatory action, import/export restrictions, governmental orders or other force majeure events.

20. Modifications

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on our website with a revised Last Updated date. Continued use of the website, services, app or products after the updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance, except where separate consent is required by law.

21. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable consumer protection laws and mandatory jurisdiction rules, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of competent courts in New Delhi, India.
